Proper dental care can be complicated by medical and emotional issues and added operating room costs can be beyond the reach of many. Access to specialized dental practitioners can be challenging to find.

Who We Serve

At this time, A Gift of Smiles foundation provides dental services for qualified individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities living in the central Pennsylvania area with a focus on those who reside in Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry or York County.

Patient Referral

If you have a patient or loved one with an intellectual or developmental disability who could be served by the dental services that A Gift Of Smiles foundation provides, follow the link and fill out our referral document and return to the address provided.

Caregiver Resources

A Gift Of Smiles foundation resources are limited to providing preventative and restorative dental healthcare to intellectually or developmentally disabled adults and children. We do not financially support other social or medical needs of our patients. However we have included a few resources that may be of value to the caregivers of our patients.
